We have just cooked this and the flavours are banging. We didn’t have enough noodles so subbed in Thai black rice and went with other suggestions of pak choi, but the combination of the chicken and the broth was amazing! Delicious!

This was lush I marinated the boiled in soy sauce and added a bit of Japanese seaweed, I Meade enough for 4 it was a huge portion.

Hi James. Sorry to be a pain but can I just check the broth ingredients. The video seems to show, chilli, garlic, ginger and chicken stock but they are not listed in the ingredients. Gunna be making this beauty tonight 👍

Hi Martin. Not a pain at all thanks for flagging. You’re right, I did add chilli, garlic, ginger and a splash of chicken stock in the video for the broth base. They absolutely belong in there. I’ve updated the written recipe now so it matches properly. Appreciate you spotting it and enjoy cooking it tonight 👌
