Ingredients: 20 wontons Wonton wrappers; 400 g Pork mince; 250 g Raw Prawns; 2 tbsp Chives; 1/2 tsp White Pepper; 1/2 tsp MSG; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Sesame seeds; 1 tsp Brown sugar; 1/2 Leek; 2 cloves Garlic; 1 Ginger; 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce; Wonton noodles; Spring onions; 500 ml Chicken broth; 1 Pak Choi

Pork and prawn wontons are something I batch make once a month. Great for quick meals as you can store them in the freezer and add them to soups, noodles etc. You can mix up the filling based on whatever you fancy, but this is my favourite type.
