Harissa Shoulder of Lamb, Tomato Orzo & Pomegranate

I first had this for Easter one year and it honestly is such a crowd pleaser. Slow cooked shoulder of lamb which is coated in spicy harissa and then in the same cooking juices the orzo is used to soak up all the flavour. Pops of pomegranate and fresh mint on top go together so well.
