Ingredients: 400 g Chicken legs; 100 g Chorizo; 1 Onion; 3 cloves Garlic; 1 Red pepper; 1 tbsp Tomato paste; 1 tsp Hot smoked paprika; 1 tsp Fresh rosemary; 200 g Long grain rice; 500 ml Chicken stock; 1 handful Olives; Salt; Black pepper; Olive oil

This is the greatest one pot chicken and rice dish ever created. Growing up my mum made a pretty much identical recipe from one of Delia Smith's cookbok and its stuck with me ever since. I make a few tweaks to make it a bit more simple.
