Ham, Egg and Chips (with a Twist)

To me the definition of british classics, but with a twist. I boil the ham in ginger beer and then glaze with a mango chutney and oyster sauce glaze. Sticky and sweet works so well with the saltiness of the ham. Paired with chips which are essentially skinny roast potatoes and a couple of soft fried eggs. Lovely jubbly!
