Ingredients: Pork chops; Sea salt; Black pepper; 4 tbsp Plain flour; 2 Eggs; 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs; Vegetable oil; 150 ml Dashi; 50 ml Mirin; 2 tbsp Soy sauce; 1 tbsp Sake; 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp Sugar; 10 g Kombu; 1 Onion; Spring onions; Garlic; Fresh ginger; Eggs; Sushi rice; Tonkatsu sauce

I've never been to Japan but its been number 1 on my bucket list for years. That being said I have seen Katsudon all over the internet and I had to make it. This is how I made it, but without having had an authentic one I cannot say if its anything like the real deal. However, this is seriously tasty and I reccomend you at least give it a go. If you dont like pork you can swap it out for chicken
