This recipe is banging! We like spice so produced more tomato sauce for a midweek pasta dish using fresh San Marzano tomatoes (12) and put in one Scotch Bonnet and one red finger chilli. We didn’t add chilli flakes, would have been a stretch. We did the chips in the airfryer for ease. We followed the cooking of the steak and sauce precisely and it came out beautifully! We will be doing this again.

Hey Natalie, So happy you loved it! Yours looks amazing! I like the idea of a scotch bonnet, thata subtle sweetness but still packs a kick, love it. James x
