Ingredients: 150 g Raw prawns; 200 g Beef steak; bunch Fresh parsley; 2 cloves Cloves garlic; 2 tbsp Lemon juice; 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes; 1/4 cup Olive oil; Salt; 2 Dried guajillo chiles; 2 Medium ripe tomatoes; 2 Garlic cloves; 1 White onion; 1 tbsp Olive oil; 1/2 tsp Cumin; Salt; 1 splash Water

Despite having never been to Mexico, I feel like the concept of a taco is perfect. A combination of flavours that you would natural expect but they always seem to work. Plus you can make them your own just with a few tweaks which is perfect for using what you already have.
