Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Cut your beef into large cubes and place into a bowl. To the bowl add in the wine, cover with a lid and leave to marinade overnight (or at least for a couple of hours). When time, drain and keep the wine and pat dry the beef ready for cooking.
