Thai Style Pork and Basil aka Pad Kra Pow

I think this could be the greatest 30 minute meal EVER. I like to really caramelise the pork mince before adding my chilli garlic and shallots and the once it’s fragrant add the sauce and beans. Wow it’s good. Topped with a crispy fried egg this is one I have every week without fail!

Thanks James, it will definitely be on the favourites menu, didn’t have Oyster sauce but used Worcestershire sauce so will make sure next time I have oyster sauce and see the difference. The pork chop receipt is on the list, that looks like food porn 😂
