Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

In a bowl combine the ingredients for the pork to marinade. Cut the pork belly into chunky pieces and add to the sauce. Cook at 200°C for 25 to 30 minutes, shaking a couple of times, until golden, crispy and well rendered. Half way through, turn and brush with any remaining sauce.

Am i right in saying you put oyster sauce in this on the video, but it doesn’t specify this in the ingredients or method? I can also see some spices going onto the pork in the video, but not mentioned in ingredients or method. Thanks

Hey Joseph, You are right, add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce in the marinade for the pork. The other spices are listed (I used brown sugar and chinese five spice) but in the ingredients I list honey, just because it caramalises better! James
