In a bowl combine the ingredients for the pork. Cut the pork belly into chunky pieces and add to the sauce. Cook at 200°C for 25 to 30 minutes, shaking a couple of times, until golden, crispy and well rendered. Half way through, turn and brush with any remaining sauce.
