My mums take on Börek from our 5 years of living and growing up in Istanbul. This recipe I grew up with and I can even smell it now when I shut my eyes. A creamy goats cheese filling mixed with turkish black olives, spinach, garlic & red onion wrapped in a filo spiral, topped with sesame seeds and baked until crisp. Heaven on a plate.
