Hi Anthony, the method says what to do with the vegetable gratin so im not sure what you mean? Let me know and I can look into it. James

I assume you put it in the oven at 180c Would be helpful for a time guide, I assume somewhere between 45mins to a bit over an hour depending on the volume. I’m cooking for 7 so could be 1:15. Thanks for the quick response

Hey Anthony, I've updated the method so its a bit more straight forward. For the chicken, always cook to temperature (around 70-72C then rest for 15 minutes). For the gratin, by the 45 minute mark by the time we remove the chicken, they are well cooked. The final blast with the parmesan is just to crisp up, so turn the oven up to 180-200C until its nice and golden. Enjoy the cook!
