Amazing. Tastes so good. Messy to eat so not one for a first date 😂. Also need to add red onion to the ingredients list for the sauce. I’ll be making this again

Absolutely delicious! The savoury and spice of the chili pairs nicely with the acidity of the chimichurri, the leftovers also go well in a rice bowl. Will definitely do again.
