Pulled Beef Chilli Tacos with Chimichurri

Slow cooked in the oven and only about 20 minutes prep and the oven does all the work. Imagine the classic chilli con carne but in taco form. And remember, adjust the chilli to your spice tolerance!! You dont need to be a hero and destroy your tastebuds - I just love a bit of heat🤣

Amazing. Tastes so good. Messy to eat so not one for a first date 😂. Also need to add red onion to the ingredients list for the sauce. I’ll be making this again

Absolutely delicious! The savoury and spice of the chili pairs nicely with the acidity of the chimichurri, the leftovers also go well in a rice bowl. Will definitely do again.
