This was a great recipe - fantastic for guests for lunch. My chicken reached temperature much too quickly compared to recipe timing, so didnt manage to get the skin as crispy. Your AI chat was great at recommending to blast it for a quick few minutes on broil after it rested for 5 minutes.

Hi Lisa, try copying and pasting the text into a document and then printing from there. Or screenshotting and printing directly that might do it. The Weekly Table is an online library of my recipes, so copying and pasting or printing the webpage direct should work. Thanks!
