Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Add the sliced onions, spices, beer and flour to a bowl. Mix and let sit for 20 minutes.

100 g Gram flour

1/2 tsp Tumeric

1/2 Kashmiri chilli powder

2 tbsp Coriander

1-2 tbp Lager beer

Step 2

Form the mixture into sticky battered balls using 2 spoons.

Step 3

Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 160C and cook the balls in batches for 7 minutes, until crispy and golden. Season with salt.
