Ingredients: 900 g Minced beef; 4 Eggs; 4 Onions; 5 tbsp Duck fat; 5 tbsp Butter; 1 tsp Maldon sea salt flakes; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 100 g Fresh breadcrumbs; 1 Black pepper; 250 g streaky bacon

Arguably one of the weirder meals from my childhood but to this day is one of my favourites. This is a recipe my mum passed down to me, originally from Nigella Lawson and everytime I have it it brings back memories. We always had it with buttery mashed potatoes and a thick gravy, sometimes even baked beans!
