Miso and Honey Chicken Ramen

For me a really comforting meal. I use homemade chicken stock as the base for the ramen broth, served up with some crispy chicken thighs and a perfectly gooey egg. Heaven.

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Using deboned chciken thighs, season generously with salt. To a cold pan, add the chicken skin side down and cook low and slow for around 10 minutes skin side down. The fat will render and the skin will start to crisp. Once golden, filp and cook on the other side for a couple of minutes. Set aside and rest.
